- One-tap upgrade firmware via Hub Cloud Platform
Login Hub platform with your Goldshell account. Choosing ‘Upgrade’ will upgrade firmware automatically, without the need to download from Github.

Login your account and click [support-contact us], and page will redirect into Support Center – Goldshell Official. Click and check [ticket progress]- {My request} . And select the ticket you want to reply to Goldshell support team.
3. Lookup your Warranty
The new website allows you to enter serial number information and retrieve warranty status. Enter up to sixteen serial numbers in the fields below and click “Continue“.
Use your warranty products to find support or submit and manage support cases.
