Does miner come with PSU?
LITE and MAX miner have PSU already. For BOX miner without “PLUS” in their names require you to provide your own power supply or purchase a Goldshell PSU separately. For guidance on choosing a PSU, you can refer to this article: PSU Tutorial
When can I expect the product I want to be restocked?
We restock products as long as they are listed on our shop page. You can subscribe to our emails, or download the Goldshell Zone app and click “notify me” to receive restock notifications.
What is the expected timeframe for receiving my package?
We typically ship packages within the handling time indicated on the product page. Once shipped, you can anticipate receiving your parcel within an average of 10-15 business days. Then you can check your parcel by following this instruction: Logistics Information
If you haven’t received your parcel after 20 business days from the shipping date, please submit a ticket for further assistance: Shipping Ticket Submit
I found out that my destination country has been banned. Can I still ship my package?
If your destination country has been banned due to reasons beyond our control, such as government policies or local customs regulations, we may not be able to ship your package. However, if you still wish to proceed with the shipment of your package, please Submit a request. Goldshell members will reach back shortly.
NOTE: Goldshell won’t take responsibility for your losses once you choose to ship the miners to a suspended country.
